LARP EXPERIENCE: not required. The game is beginner-friendly and welcomes all: newbies, veterans, and everyone in between.
ACCOMMODATION: Most rooms in the palace host between 3 and 5 people. Upgraded 1- and 2-person rooms are available with a ticket purchase. Some rooms will serve as an in-game space between 10 a.m. and 1 a.m. (outside of these hours, the rooms will be off-game). We will ask players about their room preferences in the casting form.
FOOD: Players will receive meals from Thursday lunch to Sunday breakfast. Various options are available, including vegetarian, vegan, meat, as well as individual options for people with allergies.

The ticket price includes:
* Three nights in the beautiful Walewice Palace (a bed in a 3-5 person room for a Standard ticket, and a bed in a 1- or 2-person room for an Upgraded ticket. The number of people in the room and the standard of the room itself is the only difference between the ticket types)
* Meals prepared by professional cooks at the palace;
* Two pre-written characters (with a player's input);
* Pre-designed factions with room per player creativity;
* Professional scenography, props and special effects;
* A cast of supporting characters to boost your play;
* Professional photographs from the game.
The ticket price does not include costumes, alcohol, insurance, or transportation to and from the event.
Sign-up and payment
To participate in the game, you need to fill out a sign-up form:
The form will stay open until June 30th, 2024. After the closing date, we will send payment information to everyone who has signed up.
To secure a ticket, you will have 72 hours to pay the first instalment (100 euro). That instalment is non-refundable.
It is possible to pay for the game in full, or in instalments (min. 100€ monthly).
At the player's request, it is possible to set up a custom instalment plan tailored to the participant's financial situation.
Cancellations
* For safety reasons, players can resell their tickets only after contacting Wonderlarp.
* Six months before the larp, the refundable part of the ticket will be 50% of the total.
* If the player cancels their participation three months or less before the larp, there will be no refunds.
* If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse a player the right to participate in the larp without providing a reason. In such a case, the full fee will be returned to the participant.
The organizers also reserve the right to refuse a participant to continue the larp if said participant makes the larp an unsafe place. In such a case, no refund will be provided.
Casting and characters
Each player receives two pre-written characters - a fae and a mortal. There will be a window for players to send in their own ideas, which can then be incorporated into the final character sheets. Likewise, players will be welcome to supplement their characters with additional relations and personal stories (this is optional).
Location and accessibility
The game will take place in the Walewice palace and on the grounds around it. The palace is not wheelchair inaccessible. Not all the paths around the grounds are paved.
During the game, there will be a designated Player Care person, and an off-game space in which they can be reached for a quiet conversation.
Most bedrooms are off-game, with some exception that will be in-game from 10 a.m. until 1.a.m., and off-game outside of these hours. We will ask about players' room preferences in the casting form.
