Return Policy for whisperingisle.net

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping at whisperingisle.net. We appreciate the trust you place in us and our priority is ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns.

2. Tickets Return Policy

* Players can resell their tickets only after consulting Wonderlarp (this is necessary for the flagging process).
* The signup fee (100€) is non-refundable.
* Six months before the larp, the refundable part of the ticket will be 50% of the total.
* If the player cancels their participation three months or less before the larp starts, there will be no refunds.
* If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse a participant the right to participate in the larp without providing a reason. In such a case, the full fee will be returned to the participant.

The organizers also reserve the right to refuse a participant to continue the larp if said participant makes the larp an unsafe place. In such a case, no refund will be provided.

3. Merchandise Return Policy

* You can return unopened merchandise purchased from whisperingisle.net within 14 days of the receipt date.
* Before returning the product, please contact us at info@wonderlarp.com to initiate the return process.
* The merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
* You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
* Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

4. Exceptions

We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for:

* Any item that has been worn, used, or damaged.
* Any item not in its original condition or packaging.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at info@wonderlarp.com.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
